I hope you are all keeping well and not cracking up indoors. I got up this morning to try out the PE lesson for kids with Joe Wicks. It was great fun and my kids really enjoyed it.
It is on youtube and you subscribe to The Body Coach and Joe Wicks is doing a PE lesson every morning from 9am to 9.30am. Just 30 mins of exercises you can do in yoir sitting room or wherever!
It was tough at times but you just do each exercise for a count of 30 so you get to rest every 30 seconds. Even if yoi did it twice or three times a week I think you will feel great afterwards.
