Maths:
The Story of Numbers

Hi Room.8,
Hope you also had a nice day of sunshine and blue skies......wherever you are!
You have heard teacher talk about the importance of number bonds or the 'Story of' a certain number. Another way to describe it is when you add two numbers together (or a pair of numbers), to make a given number. Some examples in the Story of 6 are: 0+6=6, 2+4=6 and 3+3=6

________________________________________________________________________
We have done the Story of 6, 7 and 8 already. The final numbers are 9 and 10.
I would like you to revise 6, 7 and 8 before doing 9 and 10. I have attached two sheets for each story, e.g. two for 6, two for 7 and etcetera. These are called 'Rainbow to' worksheets.

Start with the Story of 6. Do one story per day.
I have attached downloadable versions below. You can handwrite and copy the empty version onto a page from the screen, if you don't have access to a printer. Please try to fill out the answer sheet without looking at the full sheet. Have fun :)
