Hope you had a nice weekend. In the classroom we talked and wrote about our daily and weekend news. So today I have posted a video reminding you how to write some sentences about it. Also attached is lined handwriting sheets, which can be easily copied onto a blank sheet. They can be used for the cursive handwriting videos further below.

Tricky Word Dictation - Week.3
Tricky words are taken from Green Level (first 10) on the 'Handy Tricky Word List'. It's the same format as last week. Full sentence is only written down for number.11.
📝 Cursive
Handwriting Workshop (Part.1) 📝
Over the remainder of this term, we will practise all letters in cursive style. I will include easy-to-follow videos and examples from the Senior Infant cursive workbook (Ready Steady Write! B Cursive). The first group of letters are called the curl letters (see below). Those letters tend to curl/curve during formation. Today, we will focus on c and a.
Parents/carers, please continue the good work that you are doing with regard to regular handwriting. It is an essential skill, but can easily be forgotten the longer that infants are away from their school routine. Senior Infants need to prepare for the increased handwriting workload that they will encounter in First Class.
I have attached lined handwriting sheets under above 'My News' post. You can make up a similar template on blank paper.
