Good morning boys and girls, today we will begin with some dictation. You will need a page prepared as the one below:
Picture

When you have numbered your page, your Mom/Dad or the person helping you should read these 4 words one at a time. Remember: you just try and write what you hear. (Parents: you can stretch the word but please do not separate the sounds, see my video on dictation from Friday if this helps)
  1. hat
  2. mat
  3. cub
  4. net

Handwriting Revision:
Practice writing one line for each of these letters we have covered already.
t, a, e, d.

Maths:
Warm up: Start and stop eg. 3-9 or 8-4
Finger rhyme: 1 little finger, Johnny works with 1 hammer.
Written activity - count and write :)  (see below)
             Youtube video below

SESE: Occupations
Recap on the story of Farmer Duck. Make a list of the animals you can remember from the story afterwards - you could write a list of draw them! Extra fun: get the timer out!
AISTEAR:
Remember boys and girls, even though we are not in school and cannot have our usual play time/Aistear, you can still engage at home after your work everyday! Our theme for March is At the Hairdressers - You can play hairdressers in your own role play area that you can set up yourself with your siblings if you wish, build hair salons with lego, make scissors, hairbrushes etc. with play doh etc!

Optional fun:
