When I was a little girl growing up in Mayo, it was traditional to pick these flowers called Primroses and to spread them out on the doorstep to celebrate May Day or Bealtaine. This marked the start of summer on the farm. I also remember my granny telling me the flowers would keep the fairies out of the house. Watch out for the flowers when you are out walking. There are lots of lovely blossoms everywhere.
I hope you enjoyed learning your spellings this week!
If you have someone who is free to ask you them, here is the list.

Art I found this lovely lesson from our friends in Art Hub. It might be nice to draw the health care worker and put it up in your window with a little message to thank them for taking care of all of us and working so hard. Some of us have health care workers at home who we can be proud of. We in room 15 would like to say Thank You!
And to finish off here's a song that reminds me of Golden Time in Room 15 - a real favourite which always inspires lots of great moves! This version has the lyrics (words). Happy Bank Holiday weekend boys and girls!
