1. Story time
2. A Visit from Ellie the Cat!
Dear parents/carers,
Today I am reading a story called Ruby's Worry (by Tom Percival). It uses storytelling to help children understand and deal with worries in a simple and effective way.
There is also a guest appearance from Ellie the cat!

Please look at April 3rd post on my blog 'Mental and Physical Well-being'. Discuss the mood monsters and the following attachments: 'What are My Main Worries', 'My Top Five Worries' and 'I Am an Amazing Person'. These types of discussions will benefit children when done regularly.
Remind them of the four stages of 'I can calm myself down' and encourage them to try a brain break breathing exercise.
