We have been reading Owl Babies by Martin Waddell in room 1 over the last week or two and have really enjoyed this wonderful book. Using this story as a stimulus, we have explored many different aspects of an owl including its the life cycle, what owls eat, where owls live and we also used this book to inspire us in Art. Look a some of our amazing work!

We also recreated the cover of the book Owl Babies using chalk, paper and cotton wool. They look so beautiful- look at some of the children's amazing art work!
