Message For The Children

This week we will be learning all about flowers! We would normally have planted our sunflower seed by now. The seeds would have germinated and the shoots growing tall. I grew some at home this year and I'll share the progress they make over the coming months. I grew the tall giant sunflowers and my daughter grew smaller ones called Teddy Bear Sunflowers. The garden centers will be open from next week so maybe at some point soon you'll get to buy some seeds and grow your own!

Make some paper flowers
Follow the steps below to make some paper flowers and then make your own flower shop. Or why not make some paper flowers and leave them on the doorstep of someone you miss as a special gift! You need whole punch, papper, pencil, straws, colours. Optional: coloured card.
